The Leaving Cert -

The Leaving Cert Dot Com was set up in August 2006 by myself, Sean MacEntee, an ex-LC student.

It has been revamped multiple times over the years and is now one of the country’s leading ‘leaving cert’ related websites. Under my ownership, it’ll continue to grow and expand – i’ll make sure of it.

It has slowly but surely grown in terms of traffic and subscribers over the years, and you too can get the latest posts and information emailed directly to you here or alternatively you can subscribe to our RSS feed (If you don’t know what RSS is check out this link).

theleavingcert.com (as of feb 2009) averages about 2500 unique visits and 5000 pageviews per month. 89% of traffic comes from search engines. The site ranks highly in google for multiple ‘leaving cert’ terms.

I’m determined to make this Ireland’s no.1 Leaving Cert website and believe the best way you guys can benefit from visiting this site is from reading and listening to people who are in the same situation as you, or who once were.

We have several guest writers in the form of students, past students and professionals who train, help with or teach leaving cert material.
